อยากรู้วิธีของแต่ละคนครับ หรือ ของใครก็ได้ครับ ที่ทำให้มีกำลังใจ

สำหรับผมแล้ว มักจะอ่านคำคมของครูครับ แล้วก็คิดในใจว่าต้องลำบากกว่านี้เเน่ๆในอนาคต ฉะนั้นควรขยันตอนนี้ซะ กำจัดนิวรณ์ให้ได้
